Clinical Geriatric Care

Services

  • Dr Humphris provides weekly visits to assigned residents in selected residential aged care facilities in the Western Sydney region, providing comprehensive medical services for both acute and chronic conditions, as well as preventative health.

  • Appointments are arranged by the nursing staff according to requests from residents, the resident's family or according to clinical need.

  • All medical consultations are bulk billed (MBS or DVA)

  • Phone or email communication regarding resident care is directed firstly to the registered nurse on duty at each facility, who will co-ordinate care and contact Dr Humphris as necessary.

  • All health information for residents is managed confidentially and stored securely. Requests for medical information can be made in writing to Dr Phil Humphris.
